What our Customers are Saying:

Chad is the real deal, a rare breed. I really like his work. His prices are fair and he’ll talk you through all the details. He’s upfront about the costs and best path for your budget and goals. I consider myself a wary person but I feel very confident hiring Chad. Thanks for all the good work so far, here’s to more successful projects.

Garret Slaugenhoup

Chad is a professional in every sense of the word. He built our custom front desk to exact specs and we couldn’t be happier. Drop by Ascension Rock Club if you would like to see his fine workmanship!

Eamon Stack, Ascension Rock Club

We hired Chad to rebuild our back porch and stairway. His attention to detail and professionalism was nothing short of outstanding. He did not cut any corners to do a perfect job for us. I have no problem paying well for a job well done, and with Chad, you get exactly what you pay for, an outstanding return! Thanks Chad!

Kevin O'Connor

We purchased a frozen out HUD home. Chad Keesler worked miracles with the remodel and construction to make it our new home. Chad was professional and highly competent getting everything together. Chad was honest and we felt comfortable taking his advice and the end product is great. We highly recommend him for any project.

Tom Mealey, Alaska State Trooper

We hired Chad to repair a leaking roof in our home. After looking at the project, he gave us a quote within a day. After we gave him the down payment, he was able to get to work immediately. He works efficiently and effectively. From start to finish, Chad was meticulous in his work. Once the project was started, Chad found a problem outside the scope of work. He modified the quote and incorporated the changes for a very fair price. The changes resulted in a far superior end product. He clearly cares about the quality of the work and the look of the final product. From planning the project, to removing the metal, to creating a new frame work, to installing the new metal, to repairing the water damage, every step was approached with the care and skill of a true craftsman.
As far as his communication, Chad was very clear in why and how he performed each phase of the project. He took the time to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. He never talked down to us and always provided clear answers. Chad is a genuine pleasure to have on site, and really knows his craft.

David Claar, Krazee Zeek's

We hired Chad for a flooring project at our church that involved more construction than anticipated. He was always professional, always cleaned his space before leaving each day and we are so happy with the finished project! Definitely recommend him!

Alana DuVall, Summit Church

The customer service is among the best! Chad listened to what we wanted and was able to keep our budget, our expectation, and provide advice and recommendations on all we didn’t know (which is why we hired a contractor) to make the end product something we love. We used Keesler Construction to remove a wall separating the kitchen from the living and dining room, and to install vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining room and in front of the entryways to the house.

We are already working with him for another project. His work is completed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Keesler Construction & Remodeling!

Angie Hayes

We had Keesler Construction handle several projects around our home this fall and winter. From the smallest things, like patching a hole in the wall to blowing in attic insulation or installing a new shower door…we were so impressed with Chad’s work ethic and professionalism.

I highly recommend Keesler Construction for whatever job you may need to have done. In an area where good service is almost impossible to find, this company stands out above the rest. I just wish we’d found them sooner!

Miranda Roller

Chad Keesler has been the most professional, courteous, and highly qualified carpenter I’ve worked with on my current remodel project. I hired him to redo two apartments in an old house in downtown Fairbanks. The place had been trashed by renters, random property managers, and years of neglect. Chad’s expert craftsmanship transformed the two apartments into charming homes. He is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail. I highly recommend him for any building project.
